Rwanda Cooperation was established by the Government of Rwanda in 2018 to promote and share innovative development initiatives through South-South and Triangular Cooperation.

We enter into bilateral and multilateral partnerships with governments that express such a desire. Our partners are requested to cover the costs associated with their visit to Rwanda as well as any other expenses related to professional engagement.
